I explained this to marisol who told me that they wouldn’t be waiving the charge and I asked her to have management contact me. The first night I was there some kind of sensor malfunctioned and they immediately started trying to charge me $250 on my card for smoking in a room I wasn’t even in at the time when the sensor went off.
